1-Tuition is due by the 7th of the month or the $20 late fee will be applied.
2-On Saturday, October 15th the In-Studio “Nutcracker” rehearsal will only include the following: Ballet IV (Clara, Fritz, & the Party Girls) Ballet V (the Party Boys), The Harlequin Dolls (Dalton & Luci) & the Soldier Doll (Samantha Sandoval). Ballet IV & V are needed 10:00-1:00 & the dolls are needed 12:00-1:00.
3-On Saturday, October 22nd we will be having 3 Master Classes taught by Kyla Lardie. This is an opportunity for EVERYONE ages 8 & up. Ages 8-10 will meet 1:30-2:30 for Jazz, ages 14+ will meet 2:30-3:30 for Contemporary, & 11-13 will meet 3:30-4:30 for Contemporary. Make sure you arrive 15 minutes early to start stretching. The class is $30 for FSA students & $35 for Non-FSA students. Class size is limited so sign up today!
4-Our Annual Trunk-Or-Treat will be at the Studio on Friday, October 28th from 7-9. Classes go until 7:15, but we will start at 7pm, but try not to arrive much earlier than that. The haunted room will be ready at 7:30 and we will do the Trunk-Or-Treat part at 8:30. You can decorate the trunk of your car if you’d like, but make sure you bring Nut-Free candy to hand out. There will be a sign up sheet at the front desk so we can get a head count. Due to space, this is for FSA families only. Students can of course bring their siblings, but cannot bring friends. This event is free, but we ask that you bring a food donation for the Fredericksburg Area Food Bank.
5-“Nutcracker” Costume rental fees are due when you pay your November tuition. We will be putting invoices in your folders in the next 2 weeks.

7- I will also be getting our ALL ABOUT RECITAL page up on our website by the end of the month.
8-Our Christmas Dance recital weekend is December 17th and 18th. If you cannot make the recital please let your child’s teacher & the front desk know. Your child will still learn the choreography in the class.
9-To participate in “The Nutcracker” (which is Act I of our Recital) you needed to be enrolled by October 1st. To participate in Act II you need to be enrolled by the end of this month.
10-Remember that you have to give 30 days WRITTEN notice by the 1st of the month if you are going to drop a class. You will still be required to pay for the month and your child can still participate.
