Studio Reminders:
1-Tuition is due Thursday, January 7th. Remember it can be done through calling or texting 540-388-1479, pay in person, pay through the studio director (automatic payments will be taken out on the 7th), or venmo us @FSA5678.
Now everyone is signed into their contract. At this point no withdrawals are allowed or adding on classes. We are preparing for our dance recital!
2-Thank you everyone for continuing to wear masks in class and staying socially distant!
3-Also attached to this email is our costuming for recital! There are several things we want you to provide and most should be things that your child already has, if you have any questions please ask your child’s teacher. Then FSA will provide some things as well. Please note, that MOST of the things we will be purchasing have a low cost and can be used in class or they are dresses that can be worn over the summer, etc. COSTUME FEES ARE DUE BY THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 18th!
4-Our May Recital is Souvenirs: A Collection of Dances Past and Present. We are looking at doing our recital the weekend before Memorial Day at Riverbend High School. As of right now we are planning to have groups come in at different times for rehearsal and to perform so that we can spread out students and their families as much as possible.
5-Inclement Weather Policy: If we need to close due to bad weather, please check our Facebook page. If you do not have a Facebook page, go to our website (www.FredericksburgStudio.com) and click on the little Facebook icon. Decisions for classes will be made by 2:00. We do not go by Spotsylvania County Schools closings. We make our own decision. If nothing is written on our Facebook page, then we are obviously open. Each class and private lesson is allowed 2 cancellations before it will be made up.

7-Recital Fees! Recital fees will be due with April tuition. They are $60 per family and an additional $15 per sibling. This will allow us to have money to rent the venue, provide programs, rent a backdrop, and to help with the cost of sanitizing products. Once we get closer and see how many groups we have, we will let you know how many people each child can invite for free!
