1-I saw a lot of jewelry and nail polish on picture day. Except for VERY small stud earrings, no jewelry is allowed and no nail polish is allowed.
2-Make sure that children wear nude undergarments under their costumes. The best thing to do is to buy a nude leotard at Dancer’s Wardrobe that your child can wear under their costumes the whole time.
3-Dress Rehearsal: Saturday, June 13th at Riverbend High School. This is a MANDATORY rehearsal. If your child does not attend dress rehearsal they cannot participate in the recital on Sunday. This is also a closed rehearsal, meaning that parents are not allowed in the auditorium and the only parents allowed backstage in the dressing rooms are the parents on our list. You are allowed to come to the dressing room and get your child ready, but then you have to leave. You can go out and run errands or you can stay in the high school lobby. Your child can leave once they are done with their routine.
Act I Students (Cinderella, The Three Little Pigs, Hansel and Gretel, and Snow White) need to report to the school by 1:00 and need to be ready to dance by 1:30.
Act II Students (Little Red Riding Hood, Jack and the Beanstalk, and Sleeping Beauty) need to arrive and be ready to dance by 4:00.
Students in both acts will need to remain at the school the whole time.
4-Recital: Sunday, June 14th at Riverbend High School. All students need to arrive at 1:00. Our show will begin at 2:30. Seating is first come, first serve! And remember, it is free!
5-Parking: There will be a basketball tournament going on at the high school that weekend so you will need to park in front of the school or to the right of the main entrance (in the bus lot).
6-If you purchased a trophy for your child you can pick this up on the day of the recital.
7-No flash photography or videotaping is allowed at the recital. The Siecks (that did our AMAZING pictures) will be videotaping the recital and putting it on Vimeo.
8-Tuition is due now. You need to have your account up to date by June 12th or your child will not be allowed to participate in the recital. We will not be accepting any payments at the high school.

We will be closed June 15-June 28th. We will re-open for our first Competition Summer Dance Intensive on June 29th.
The Fall 2015 schedule will be available on July 20th. And July 20th is also the day our 4-week Summer Session starts!
