1-Tuition is due by the 7th of the month or the $20 late fee will be applied. Along with your tuition is your “Nutcracker” rental fee.
2-Please adhere to the studio dress code and hair policies. If your child is not dress appropriately for class, they will have to sit out.
3-Per your contract, your child is allowed to have 4 absences in each class from October-December. If your child misses more than that, they will not be allowed to participate in the Christmas Dance Recital and no refund will be given.
4-On Sunday, November 13th there will be 2 Musical Theatre Master Classes with Santina Umbach. 1:00-2:00 Ages 6-11 (FSA Students $15, Non-FSA Students $20). 2:00-4:00 Ages 11+ (FSA Students $30, Non-FSA Students $35). The older class will be half dance and half lecture/Q&A on auditioning & NYC.
5-Items in the Lost & Found will be donated on November 15th. We have a lot of dance shoes in there and many items were left at the Trunk-Or-Treat, so please check the bin.
6-We will be collecting non-perishable food items for the Fredericksburg Area Food Bank until Friday, November 18th. So please continue to donate!
7- For constant updates, please check our Facebook page, as well as, our website www.FredericksburgStudio.com, and continue to check your family folder.
8-Our Christmas Dance recital weekend is December 17th and 18th. If you cannot make the recital please let your child’s teacher & the front desk know. Your child will still learn the choreography in the class.
9-Remember that you have to give 30 days WRITTEN notice by the 1st of the month if you are going to drop a class. You will still be required to pay for the month and your child can still participate.
10-Also in your folder is the hair/shoes/tights/costume list for all classes that are in Act II of our recital. If you have a question about it, PLEASE ask your child’s teacher.
11-Our Christmas Dance recital can be a little confusing on the times and attire. That is why I am working on a recital page for our website. Please read all information that we give you or post online very carefully and then let us know if you have any questions!
